The smoothie recipe is...

1 cup skim milk
1 T natural PB
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 frozen banana

This is something I put together this week. It was sooo good. Felt like cheating....

The smootie recipe is very tasty! I made it thismorning and it reminded me of a reeces peanut butter milkshake! At lunch I made 3 of my teenagers each one and they gave it a positive rating too! it was very quiet here with them reading Harry Potter and sipping on smomothies!

I'm glad you like it Judy. I had one this morning since it is my big eating day with zigzagging. I love that smoothie.
