I dont know if any of you have read her book, this is why your fat but I absolutely recommend this book to those who have had a hard time losing wt and have tried everything. I have been following the plan for 3-4 weeks and finally have lost some wt. For the past 2 1/2 yrs I have not been able to get back in the 120's and yesterday I finally weighed 128 lbs and could not believe it. This is even a day before my period. I had to get on the scale 2x to believe it. I am not having cravings and I am never really hungry hungry. I am finally satisfied and dont feel deprived. I use to think about food all the time and now I am content. for the first time ever I feel as tho I am not on diet and this is something I can do. I am still in disbelief, thinking the next time I get on the scale that it will be what it was before. I have told my mom and friends about this book and if you are like I was you gotta get this book and go for it, you will see results! I am so excited about this and am extremely positive, so far anyway and I had to share with you all since you all had to hear me whine about not being able to lose wt no matter what I did. I keep thinking is this for real, the scale must be messed up, but my son weighed in at the doctors friday and I had him get on the scale and my scale actually weighed him 2 lbs heavier than the doctors scale, dont get me wrong, I am not just excited about losing wt but also about getting my eating under control, this has been my biggest obstacle and finally there is hope for me.!!!!
