Jack has arrived!

Hello all- just wanted top post a quick note that my beautful son has arrived on Friday April 20 via c-section. Everything went well and we came home on Tuesday. I haven't been able to work out at all due to major asthma issues including being hospitalized in january for several days. However, we are doing well and I can't wait to start some kind of exercise again soon. I'mthinking to just start walking and doing Cathe's beginner routine.

Anyway, best of luck to all - happy, healthy pregnancies

Welcome to the World Jack!!!

I Love his name.

You will feel so much better in a few weeks or less!! You have to recover the next 6 weeks. I can relate to the asthma. I have
been an asthmatic since I was 8 years old. So lousy. I am sure
the pregnancy hormones didn't help you.
I think it's great you are already thinking of an exercise rountine.

Keep us posted as to how you and your new son are doing.

Jean,

Congratulations on your new son - I see that you have another son and a daughter! How great that is. I had my last child in 2001 - I see that you had Emily in June of 2001 - I had my Joshua in Feb.

I never had a C-section - I hope everything goes well with the healing process. Did you have C-sections with your other two?

I have 7 sons and 3 daughters - so as you can see - I do love children - I guess I should say that I LOVE babies!
