I had a major business computer mishap and had to get a new one. In the process, I can't post from my personal computer now. I can only get on at the business computer. I just found out I can log in from my this computer today.
I had a test post under a trial name of RykaStep. So if you see that name, it is me.
I have missed getting to get logged on and chat with you all, even though I don't post very much.
My last post was injured piriformis muscle. It is now healed and it is full speed with Cathe, although I never missed a beat with Upper Body work with Cathe.
