Around Jan-Feb I decided to test the theory of light wts/high reps for my body type (bottom heavy). I did this with the Slim Series. Prior to this I had been doing running (3 miles) and all Cathe videos, particularly hte Intensities. Sometime around April or may I quit doing the light wts and decided to go back to my tough cardio, heavy weights. Well, I was less than thrilled to see my cardio endurance had all but disappeared and my strength had diminished. I didnt mind the strength so much because that's not too difficult for me to get back but I have to fight for every bit of cardio endurance I have and I was NOT happy. Several months later to today, I'm still struggling to do an hour of Cathe cardio, even with modifications! The endurance is simply NOT coming back! Has anyone had this experience as well? This hard earned lesson has taught me NEVER to let that cardio endurance go again. It is very precious! Does anyone have any suggestions for me?
