I've got a GREAT idea!!!

How 'bout a PLYO-MAX workout in similar style to the IMAX's!!!! I'd go crazy for that!!! It could consist of 8 to 10 intervals which would contain FLOOR aerobic cycle routines (repeated 6 times) and then PLYOMETRIC blasts!!! Whatcha all think?!! Consider the possibilities!! (plyo jacks, airborne jumps, power scissors, Jeanie hops, plyo-heel digs) I'm ready!!! }(
 
It sounds like one that I would dread with a vengeance, but would do me a world of good, so I'd do it, and eventually end up loving it. So, yes, I'd buy this workout :)
