<---had a super busy day yesterday and never got back here
<---ended up going on our annual Redbud drive, when we noticed how far along the trees were in blossum locally
<---says the trees were lovely in the valley south of State College
<---stopped at a tavern for dinner
<---had a very-bad-for-you but tasty fish sandwich
<---couldn't get on the computer when we got home due to thunder storms
<---may try to get on that elusive hike today, but closer to home
<---hopes you all enjoy a restful Sunday

<--is having rain now but sunny skies are expected later

<--tells her that <--has read if whatever you have is "above the neck" (stuffy nose, sore throat) you can work out (although only if you feel up to it), but NOT to work out if it is "below the neck" (chest, etc.)
<--is doing NROLW and there is no w/o for today
<--says he is pretty strict about only doing the weight w/o's three times a week
<--is going to do some yoga and possibly a leetle cardio
<--surprisingly, <--is not sore from steeper hills on CCPP yesterday (still HATES hills on the TM)
<--is being lazy right now

<--- would like to report that Sophie's first-ever sleepover went well last night, except when Sophie opened up a can of whoop-a$$ on one of the girls who bullied her last year :eek:
