Ok ladies I am going to be making a life change Mon. It seems like it would be a lot easier if I am held accountable by someone so here I am asking for a little help. I am going to try working out all five days next week and make better choices when I eat. Would someone out there like to help me stay on track at least until I am in the habit? Thanks

Sarah! We're all behind you:) The daily check-ins are a great place to start and to find encouragement and lots of support. And feel free to join us on any of the challenges. I'll be doing a daily "goals" check-in in August for anyone who wants to join in, so come on over!

I second what Shelley said. Join us on all the daily check-ins. It really helps to keep you accountable.
 
Good for you! GO FOR IT!!! I think once you get a few days under your belt you will be surprised at how easy it is to keep the commitment. I, too, am going to give it 110% and once some results start coming my way, I know I will be hooked again. Just don't do too much too soon and get overwhelmed. :)
