<--- admires Shannon's optimism in the face of pain and daily challenges. <--- truly respects that quality
<--- cannot wait to see clearer pics of Shelley's patio set. It seems like forever since <--- talked to Shells
<--- has had a very long day and didn't get her WO done. Has not done a work out in a long time because life has gotten in the way. Now feels like she has a bad cough/cold coming on.
