Well, I'm done with the work and the workout! Still following the November Cathe Rotation and did GS BSB... This is my first rotation ever so I'm psyched because I actually have enough of the DVD's to do it! Well, almost!
Robin: Thanks for starting us off every morning, rain or shine, busy or... well busy! Hope you enjoyed your ITR workout today!

Catherine: enjoy UB and cardio... I probably should have added something more as I got heckled by DH that I wasn't even sweatin' so how could I possibly have gotten in a good workout?!? I said, "You try to do a Cathe workout or stuff a sock in it!" LOL
And then there's Ellie... Ellie Ellie Ellie... you certainly have been a busy girl today! itty bitty thread my a$$ (and THAT ain't itty bitty either!) HA! Please warn us when you want to start GREAT BIG THREAD we'll all go to Canada or Mexico to get out of the way! lol... it was very thought provoking and I wouldn't touch it topic with a 100' pole either... I just sat back and watch the fireworks! OOOOOHHHH, AAAAHHHHH! POW!!! I hope you got some rest in there somewhere! ok, 16 cups of coffee and rest don't necessarily go together in my book... Woman I would be bouncing off the friggin walls if I drank that much coffee (I hope you were just taking dramatic license there!

) They'd need a ladder (as we have 20' ceilings in here) to peel me off!!! I hope you are off the ledge and back on the ground and feeling better! I love your sense of humor as well (like Wendy mentioned) and can't wait to see what you will do or say next!
Wendy: So sorry to hear about your little fender bender! I did that a few years back, not getting on the freeway, but sitting at a stop light... green means go right? I thought so, but the lady in front of me apparently didn't get the memo... surprising how much damage you can do going exactly 2 miles an hour! Unfortunately she wasn't as forgiving as your gent and a bit of a drama queen and the more she told the story (to the Dr's and the insurance) you'd have thought I hit her going 80 mph! but hey... I have let it go right?!

Fill me in on your new workouts! I love the High STep, and have the Circuit one I think... but that's about the only "step" type workout I can do without ending up like a standing pretzel and a funny (contorted) look on my face! I am SO bad at steppin'!
JJ: Cardio fusion AND Lauren? you don't have to make up for everything in one night!

PS... Ellie just found out about premixes the other day so she really didn't know what she was missin'! (sorry Ellie)

So she has a lot of catchin' up to do!
