Welcome back Mary! Glad to hear to things have taken a more positive turn. Please do keep us posted and don't be ashamed of what's happening in your life. We all have things in our past and present that make us go "ACK!" :)

Now, get exercising! :p

Welcome back Mary.

No reason to be ashamed.

Glad things are looking up for you and DH! Glad he was able to make a start at recovery and being clean. I hope it lasts!!! Congrats on the job! Are you happy with your choice? If you want to be held accountable for your workouts, join a check-in! There are many to choose from and that should help you keep up the pace w/your work outs!:)

Missed you!:*

I agree with the other posters in there is nothing to feel ashamed about! In stressful times a workout break can be a good idea, rather than hurting yourself by pushing your body. Sounds like things are getting back on the right track. Come on over to the daily check-in or any of the other check-ins and we will try and get you back inline...hugs back at you...:)

No more kicking yourself....just jump back into it. You will feel good you did, and just keep going. So glad to hear back from you!!!!
