It's Friday, what are YOUR weekend workouts?

Friday: P90X Chest, Shoulders & Tris (DONE)
Saturday: Cardio Kicks or a Cathe all-step workout + abs
Sunday: Long run of 4-8 miles

My weekend workouts are just bare minimum!! I got hit w/ the flu that my kiddos have had on Tues and have just felt miserable!! That plus dropping my laptop on my foot last Saturday, I've been hobbling around so no running either.

Friday ~ Maybe a TJ and abs, haven't decided yet.

Saturday ~ Lower body w/ no lunges (can't with my injured foot), I've been doing GS legs floorwork and B & G floorwork this week so might do that again.

Sunday ~ REST!! :)

Monday will start round 4 of P90X/X+ for me so I'll be ready to work out hard by then! ;-)
 
Fri -- GS Legs
Sat -- Amy B's In the Ring (second time trying it! wish me luck!)
Sun -- HIIT cardio + GS Chest/Tris

Sat - Kenpo
Sun - rest

Just started P90X on Monday and am following the classic rotation. My lats were sore for days after chest & back OUCHx( I'm trying out the X cardios but I plan to sub in Cathe & running after phase 1.

Friday: BFL upper body + med ball intervals (done)
Sat: laps in the pool at the community center
Sun: run 22 miles (last long run before marathon)

I'm thinking I'm going to go crazy and bust out one of my Tracie Long Training DVDs and skip my rest day on Sunday.
 
Gardening, gardening and more outside work.

NONE! I'm going to make brownies and pound cake to eat with strawberries and eat the entire thing. I'm GIVING UP!
 
Friday - MIS (did Lower Body, Chest and Back before work, I'll do the rest after work)

Saturday - Kick Max and some Yoga

Sunday - Run (maybe 6 miles?)

This is so the best workouts. We are back to cooler weather here in Michigan.

YEAHHH!!!!! I decided on the kettlebell I purchased it today and Ironcore Volume 1&2 so that is Sunday I took a week off.

I am MOVING -- in with my fiance (6 weeks before our wedding, aren't we rebels?;) ), so that is my workout. I would love to do Step Blast on Sunday if I can clear a space in my living room, and find which box my step is in...
