My weekend workouts are just bare minimum!! I got hit w/ the flu that my kiddos have had on Tues and have just felt miserable!! That plus dropping my laptop on my foot last Saturday, I've been hobbling around so no running either.
Friday ~ Maybe a TJ and abs, haven't decided yet.
Saturday ~ Lower body w/ no lunges (can't with my injured foot), I've been doing GS legs floorwork and B & G floorwork this week so might do that again.
Sunday ~ REST!!
Monday will start round 4 of P90X/X+ for me so I'll be ready to work out hard by then! ;-)
Just started P90X on Monday and am following the classic rotation. My lats were sore for days after chest & back OUCHx( I'm trying out the X cardios but I plan to sub in Cathe & running after phase 1.
I am MOVING -- in with my fiance (6 weeks before our wedding, aren't we rebels? ), so that is my workout. I would love to do Step Blast on Sunday if I can clear a space in my living room, and find which box my step is in...
