Whaddya doin' for your workout Cathe? I did PUB this morning. I love how the biceps section finishes with the song "Cold as Ice" because I always feel like you are being extra, extra mean during those hammer/traditional curl supersets!

I'm joining in on this kinda late, but yes, I WAS working out! I don't have Pyramid, so I made up my own upper body pyramid workout with weights and bands, AND I even attempted pullups on my new snazzy tower! Tonight I'll be doing 30/30 per your rotation and I'll improvise on the abs! (I think maybe I should buy that Ab Circuits DVD!!!!)

Hello Cathe, I workout in the morning myself, yesterday was KPC today STS disc 26. You stated you did kickbox...just curious, do you take a class or a dvd? Thank you! Kristal
