You go Cathe! I just finished dinner: salmon and green beans. Helping DS with homework. Plan to do chest and back tomorrow AM.
 
Whaddya doin' for your workout Cathe? I did PUB this morning. I love how the biceps section finishes with the song "Cold as Ice" because I always feel like you are being extra, extra mean during those hammer/traditional curl supersets! ;)

Steve will be joining you for an evening workout from 4DS!

Hi Cathe!

I did my work out this morning! Warm up and leg circuits from the original Body Max and then upper body and stretch from Body Max 2! :D
 
Just finished with kickbox and 4DS chest and back, and now I'm STARVING! Time for dinner.
 
I just finished my work-out. I think I'll take the dogs for a quick walk. Then I am making turkey mignon and steamed cauliflower for supper!!

YES, we were! We did Slow & Heavy Bis & Tris! My arms were shaking while fixing dinner! MORE then chihuahuas! They were QUAKING!!! :eek:

I'm joining in on this kinda late, but yes, I WAS working out! I don't have Pyramid, so I made up my own upper body pyramid workout with weights and bands, AND I even attempted pullups on my new snazzy tower! Tonight I'll be doing 30/30 per your rotation and I'll improvise on the abs! (I think maybe I should buy that Ab Circuits DVD!!!!):p

Hello Cathe, I workout in the morning myself, yesterday was KPC today STS disc 26. You stated you did kickbox...just curious, do you take a class or a dvd? Thank you! Kristal
