gotcha to look, didn't i!!!!! just teasing....but i'm currently in love with the pure strength series. i've been doing a rotataion of cardio one day, then upperbody using the 2 upperbody the next day, then cardio again, followed by legs PS the following day...kinda like BFL roation. i am feeling great and would love to keep this up...but i know as soon as the ups man arrives...the PS is history for a while!! what is everyone else doing to pass the time until BODY BLAST arrives!!!

Hi, Joannafit,

I just got a DVD player for the BB series, but I treated myself to a couple CIA sale DVDs to tide me over so I could get used to the format and be ready when the Cathes come. I have enjoyed Mindi's Awesome Strength, and Rob Glick's Amazing Step Styles. Mindi's workout is a great change of pace and makes me want a BOSU. Rob's has great choreography but he's not a good cuer; I kept finding myself saying, "I wish Cathe were cuing this". In fact, I came up with the idea of Cathe doing "covers" for all kinds of workouts the way singers do other people's songs. I have several cardio vids that I really love but it takes many tries to get the steps down because the cuing is not so great. That never happens with a Cathe workout.

I love PS, too and it sounds like you're using them the way I do when I have the self-discipline to use a rotation. I especially love the fried feeling I get from doing both upper body workouts in one day.

Way to get our attention! The wait is almost over!

I just finished PS and loved it, as usual. Then I started on S&H and found myself getting rather bored with the chest workout. I've done S&H several times before, so I don't know why this time I had a different reaction. But after so many sets of chest presses and flys, I couldn't believe we had to do the whole thing again from the beginning on an incline. I was very unenthusiastic, and considered skipping the whole incline part!

Maybe I was spoiled by PS, which seems like it has just the right amount of everything. Or maybe it's just me. My mood has been adversely affected by the medications I've been on since my oral surgery. Has anyone else ever had this reaction to S&H?
