I just did iTread 9. It was absolutely brilliant! I really like Grace and the 60 minutes just flew by.

So, yeah, my legs are fried and I've got a bit of an endorphin high goin' on ;)

Shelley, I used the coupon codes to buy a couple of the iClimb workouts and I really like them, too, but I still love my Coach Sean:+.
 
The things I cannot stand about Grace are when when she states that there are blankety-blank seconds left at a certain speed, and one minute later you're still running for your life.

I also can't stand all her "whooping". JMHO, but I'll take Coach Sean anyday.
 
Yeah, Grace certainly either can't tell time well OR she just likes to lie to us about how much time is left! I just think of it as an additional challenge! :7 }( :7
 
Tammy! LOL - I noticed that too. It didn't bother me too much though.

Coach Sean is certainly dreamy but I really like Grace too.:)
 
Grace's "woo hoo! owww!" 's bug the heck out of me!!!! But I still enjoy the programs - overall she's great. But Sean O'Malley could get me to run to Egypt and back!!! =]

Allison - go to iTrain.com. There are not only iTreads, but iSculpts, iBallets, iClimbs, and on and on! I think I might need a new iPod just for all the workouts!

I must admit I have just about all of them. Shelley- you must try istrength. love, love, love nick!!

I've notice since doing itreads my endurance has really gotten so much better.

hehehe- to tell the truth i lost count. just put it this way- i have just about all of them. except irows. i even downloaded the iteen yoga, lol.:7
i did isculpt 8 yesterday and loved it!!
 
I just did my first iTread workout. It was the 60 minute Phase 1 run. I didn't really notice that Grace's times were off. I thought I would mind her, but I didn't at all. 60 minutes and 6 miles FLEW by!!! I went and downloaded a bunch more. I also did my first iClimb on Wednesday. It was 45 minutes of butt kicking for me!

I have some iStregnths, iBallets, iSculpts, and iStretches as well but haven't tried them. I started an iStretch but couldn't get past 10 minutes. The guy was really annoying.
 
Uh, maybe a really dumb question here, but I went and downloaded a workout, and now I have no idea what to do next. I use a MAC notebook computer so it should be compatible right?

I am a total computer dork.x( I still don't get the whole avatar thing....sigh. Does anyone out there want to enlighten me a bit? Many thanks.:) Forgot to add I do own a Nano ipod, god knows how I managed to actually put 600 songs on it!:7
