itread recommendations

I have recently got into these itrain workouts and have only used various iclimb workouts on the elliptical trainer. Well, I took the plunge and ordered an itread (#2, 40min) workout for the treadmill.

I really dislike treadmills, but I thought I would give it a try and the 40 min went by so fast! I actually added on 10 more min and that never happens.

So, if you guys use the itread programs do you have any recommendations? Also, do you know of a specific itread that is mostly sprints with minimal hill work?

What is in the Itread you have? I'd like to purchase another one but don't know which one to choose!}(

I have Itread # 3/40 mins. It's mostly flat land endurance just so you know. Very few and very small "hills" w/changing of speeds but if I recall correctly there is no all out sprinting in it.

I also have Itread # 1/20 mins. This one has one BIG hill and several full-on sprints mixed with some other stuff. It's short but SUPER powerful! It kicked my butt!}(
 
Wendy, the itread3 (40 min) sounds like something that I might be looking for. I am going to visit the in laws and my parents and they both have treadmills, but don't have an incline feature.

The itread 2 (40 min) has sprints the last half of the workout and hills the first half. I can't remember exactly but she has you on a 5% incline for 2 min and then descend the hill for 2 min and repeats this a few times. Then you do a 9% hill too. It was really good. I liked it.
