Okay, I know I have said this before, but man oh man, I am sooooo hopelessly hooked on the Itrain, IClimb workouts. I downloaded #5 the other day and I think it is the best one yet! This one is a toughie...lots of resistance and tons of fun. I am so glad I finally found a kind of cardio I really like, doesn't hurt my knees, and actually makes me smile while doing it! Okay, enough gushing, have a good night everyone.
