Hi Lisa! Hmmmm, are you sure you don't have a hidden camera around here somewhere, HA! How funny that you ask this. I am just now finishing up a detailed write up of the Kick, Punch,& Crunch workout, which also features the video cover shot (yes, it is actually one we have shown). I will be posting this write up shortly for everyone to read.

Isn't it strange how I guess at where you might be heading with your videos? I wonder what that means? Hint, hint! Soul buds possibly? HA, HA. Must be I am telepathic (I think that is the word for reading minds). I can't wait for the write-ups. I check the forums every day, several times a day!
