Good Plan! Yes, once they're out, dvds and in the blender, I'll get busyUsually, there is
a little time between the dvds getting shipped and the workouts appearing in the blender, etc. so in the past, I usually "play" with the dvds and workouts getting an idea how I want to do
them, what exercises I might want to skip, etc. I rarely do a full dvd workout from start to
finish as it's programmed, cause I prefer workouts less than an hour....I'd rather do a few
shorter workouts than one long one, I need alot of variety to keep motivated ! and I know
if these are chaptered as well as most of the older ones. I will want to blend workouts
using STS 1 & STS 2.

Yep, that’s the one & Al is pulling barbell by plates…..Cathe refers to "face pull" when the women crew members are pulling on the bands at about face height in one of the clips

Yep, that’s it!The Gorilla Rows are in the "Parts: Back" workout Bonus - I think it's where you do a single row and rest then dumbbell on the step-bench while pulling the other dumbbell.
I might have "solved" itI didn't see any reference in the clip for Parts - Shoulders - for the Bonus "Around the Clock" so I'm not sure what that is either -- more mysteries to be discovered.
