This is a new w/o from itrain and i did part of it this morning. it is really good. When I swim i usually have done my own type of workout and this is like having a coach in the water with me. it's a 60 min w/o, but i only did 40. Natalie Coughlin is the "coach" and has an encouraging voice and just nice to listen to, music is good. If you swim, try this! BTW it's "on sale" for 14.99
 
Thanks for the review of this workout. I really wanted to get it when itrain first launched it, but I don't have the waterproof case for my nano, so the investment to try it was just too much $. I will have to put it on my wishlist.
