what good eating and exercise will do. I know it's only Wednesday but I've been a good girl since Monday. I feel better overall and I've lost a pound. I have been eating lots of fruit and vegetables and have been exercising on a regular basis. Yesterday I was actually looking forward to the workout (I tried the morning thing and realized I'm an evening exerciser). I then realized how frustrated Cathe must feel right now with not being able to be at her best.
