Is Timesaver enough?

Trying to decide whether to buy the Timesaver DVD or whole Body Blast series. I saw a post that gave the breakdown of the cardio sections in Timesaver and they ranged from 16 to 25 minutes long. Do you think it's a good enough workout?
Thanks, Donna :)

Hi Donna! I would definitely get the whole series. If you are a beginner, the Timesaver is a good option to start with, but you get that when you buy the series. If you are like the rest of us here, you will want every tape/DVD Cathe produces eventually. Just my opinion. The BB Series is awesome! BTW, WELCOME!!!

One more thing...

The Timesaver is only on DVD, which is a great way to go. TONS of options with all the workouts in the series.

I agree with Debbie in the Body Blast series being so great! And welcome!
It could depend on your fitness level. With the Timesaver DVD you can always add more cardio from the other workouts on that DVD if you want to. The DVD gives you many options. I have all the Body Blast and the Timesaver myself. But I am rather addicted to Cathe workouts....:)...Carole

Wise decision Donna....one DVD is never enough!!

Actually Donna...the IS series has almost been more useful to me than the Body blast, but even that is REALLY a close call.
