Hi,i was wondering if anyone knew if Janis Saffell cia 9907 Kick it is available on dvd ? Ive checked collage and it's only on vhs there.

Hi Mrsscififanec, the Janis workouts are not available in dvd except the hardcore kickbox circuit and the quick fix cardio kickbox.The Janis company is working for transfering the VHS workouts to DVD format.They are going to transfer Brand New Butt & More, Strikezone & Ringside. You can preorder the Brand new butt and more dvd in the Janis web site. You will find a link to the Janis Saffell site in the home page.

Do you guys like Janis as an instructor? I was all set to order one of her workouts and then I saw the cover of it in Collage.... the big fake you-know-whats really turned me off. I'm not opposed to plastic surgery, but I guess I expect more from serious fitness instructors...

Thanks for the info i am looking forward to trying her workouts ,i,ve heard good things,how is her intensity level,i have chronic health issues and have good days and not so good days and am looking to get some stuff thats wont kill me on my not so good days,any input would be great! Thank you very much Mrsscififanec. My favorite Janis Saffell's workouts are the hardcore kickbox circuit with her husband Guillermo Gómez,kickboxing strike zone and brand new butt and more.Her kickbox is less intense than Cathe's and you can do a great low impact workout if you substitute the jamps walking in place.
The cardio quix fix is very short in my opinion. There is an extra 10 min. bonus in the DVD format. You have a decent workout when you do the whole 40 min.
The music of the kickbox underground of Guillermo is awful and repetitive.Don't waste your money.
