Is there any help out there?

I am new to this. I decided on yesterday I wanted to get on the right track. I have changed my eating habits, and now I'm on the right track.

Now I need to get down to busniess!

I want to know what everyone has done!

Big Baby & Cookie Baby, if you're out there Both of your stories sound great!! what did you do?

I want to have a story very similar to yours!

What Cathe tapes will help me? I also went to step party.com and the work out looks interesting. I need to know what works!!!!

The combination of weight training and cardio is awesome, but you have to have your diet in check too. People have the most success with something that is either fun for them, or challenging, or both. That's why so many people love Cathe. The main thing is to do the work. Lift heavy, get some cardio in, eat clean, and your body will respond!
 
This is Bigbaby--- You can do anything--- just get started and consistency is the key. I slowly changed my diet cutting back on the junk food that I use to consume and I tried to do something at least 5-6 days a week.

Monday--- one of Cathe's step workouts with one body part

Tuesday-- Advance portion Stepparty (Katina Hunter) workout with functional training-a friend of mine told me about this awesome workout-- get it and try it.

Wednesday-- Cathe's Muscle Max, or pyramid lower body (toning)

Thursday-- Express workout (Cathe) with a body part

Friday-- Beginner workout Stepparty with functional training ( I have worked hard all week)
Saturday--- jump on tramp with kids, run around the park-- freestyle fitness.
I have found that this regimen works very well and the 60 pounds melted off. You have to get the workouts above----you can find all at this site and the other one at www.stepparty.com and it is really inexpensive. Good Luck to you-- I hope this is helpful. Bigbaby!
 
Thanks for sharing. You have really motivated me I hope you don't mind, but I am going to use your weely workout plan as a guideline just to get started. I know with my friends on the Cathe forum, Cathes' DVDs, and the stepparty by Katina Hunter I am sure to be a success!

I find it really helpful to use the daily check-ins on here. It makes you accountable for working out, and you're a lot less likely to say "oh I'll just skip my workout today" if you know you have to come on Cathe and tell people that!
