IS Rotation--How did it work for you?

Hi everyone! I am starting the IS rotation that Cathe suggested when she first released the videos. I was hoping to hear about others' experience with this rotation. How long did you stick with it? Did you get good results? Any helpful modifications?

I did her rotation for 6 weeks. What I noticed was my tummy was a lot harder/toned. My stamina was improved with cardio. By the end I just felt stronger,and tighter! I really liked it!;-) Susan
 
Cardio capacity

Mostly, I noticed that my cardio capacity increased substantially. I now find videos that I thought hard to be easier. I did Bodymax after finishing a few weeks of the Intensity series, and it wasn't that bad!
