I know rest is important, but I'm the type of individual that doesn't take a day off unless I'm forced to by sickness. I also take 5 days off twice a year when we go on vacation. Am I defeating my purpose of trying to get in the best possible shape by not resting 1 day a week? Truthfully, mentally, I really need to workout. I tend to be a depressed person and exercise helps me overcome the symptoms. I'd love your opninion. I know I need to be aware of the signs and symptoms of overtraining and I am.
