Hi Tammy! Wow, you are one happy and busy woman. I love it Sure, you can use the series in this manner and continue to use it this way until either your results slow down, your mind loses focus for these intense workouts, or you feel as if your body is always feeling a bit tired and not getting proper recovery.
But honestly, if it were me, I would probably only do the full three tape SH series and then just pick one extra to do each week (a total of four weekdays). Also, since this series requires a very focused mindset, you may only want to do this series for three or 4 weeks so that you don't burnout.
