I have been using Muscle Max, Muscle Endurance, and Jari Love for my weight training. However, I purchased GS series and would like to know if it's okay if I used one of the dvd's I mentioned on any of the other days? I also run about 3x a week 4-6 miles- is it okay to do this type of cardio after weight training (doesn't have to be directly after- I could do the weight training in the morning then cardio in the afternoon/night)? One more thing, I love the Bootcamp, kick, and Crunch, Drill Max- what would be the best way to incorporate these into my w/o week?
