I completely agree with you!!!
I didn't get the chance to do Low Impact Series when it was first released per Dr's orders so I am now just getting into the workouts. I actually made the STUPID choice of selling my preorder set because I wasn't sure I'd have the ability to use them; thinking my FMS would be too sensitive for quite awhile post-pregnancy. Now that I am recollecting them, I am absolutely in love! I have to say that even the STS TB Series (the 4 workouts- do they have a nickname other than the Devil Series... which I hate that term) was amazing! These low impact workouts have amazing premixes and my gosh the leg work in all of the cardio is doing wonders for regaining my strength without inflamming my arthritis. I remember reading elsewhere that a lot of people were disappointed when LIS was released; I stopped reading and searching for reviews this summer so I don't know the general feeling of XTrain. Now that I am using the workouts, I don't know how anyone can be dissapointed with Cathe's work with these! Even those that love the longer workouts get bonus tracks they can add on to increase the time to well over 60 minutes. Those that need 20-30 minute options have then and with XTrain- it goes down to 13 minutes!!!
I will say that I used to dread Cathe's leg work. Gym styles was always my favorite weight lifting series, but I never did the legs and opted for step work instead. Since starting LIS and soon XTrain, I ADORE her lower body work! Cathe, keep these great workouts coming. I am no where near advanced in my fitness levels anymore, but even I am able to make these series fit my needs and am seeing huge improvements in just 2 weeks with 2 LIS workouts per week.
The production quality on these new/newer series are outstanding!
