Absolutely not Lisa! Use what you have and you will get awesome results. I think you already have a stability ball and a band though right? I'm guessing you are asking about things like weighted vest, squat rack, and pull up unit.
You're right! I do have a band and ball. Will you be demonstrating how to modify these exercises on the DVD's? Also, how do we figure out the maximum weights to use? Thanks dear!
