I ordered the Hardcore Series & am anxiously awaiting their arrival!I cant wait for some new & different workouts!

Unfortunatley I still have 18 lbs left to lose. (thought id be there by now)
Will the hardcore series still be ok for someone who wants to lose weight?

I see no reason why Hardcore wouldn't take the last 18 pounds off. The thing is, you HAVE to do the workouts, give it your all and you HAVE to eat a healthy diet. You can exercise until the cows come home but if you are still consuming more calories than you are burning, then the weight is here to stay. Come up with a reasonable eating plan and buckle down, the extras will come off.

2nd the clean eating rec. I'm currently trying to lose the last 10 post-pregnancy pounds and believe me, diet is about 99% of it for me.

I think that when you're working out a lot you have to focus more on losing fat then on losing "weight". The weight goals that apply for someone who is just dieting do not apply for someone who is weight training and building muscle. I always weight more when I have more muscle, even though I don't look "heavier". So, if you are working out more, you may not have as many pounds to lose as you may think.

I agree with Nancy. Muscle weighs more than fat...remember that...if you are building muscle you may not see that scale move like you might want to but that does not mean that you are not getting slimmer/leaner with every rep! :D

Have a great work out!

Absolutely!!!

I have (finally) learned that eating clean is vital and put it into action. After doing so for the past month or so, my jeans are all getting loose -- my belly fast is going bye-bye.
