Is BC/ME enough weighted workout for now?

I consider myself a intermediate - low advanced exerciser.

I recently purchased BC/ME dvd. Im really looking to do a fat blasting rotation.
So I was thinking of doing something like this.....

Mon:Boot Camp & Treadmill 30 min
TUe: Interval Step Workout
Wed: Boot Camp
Thur: Step Max
Fri:Kick Punch, Crunch Boot Camp
Sat: Step Heat

Mon: ME
Tue: KPC
Wed: ME
Thur: Interval Step Workout
Fri" ME & Treadmill
Sat: Step Max

So doing boot camp & Muscle Endurance 3 x a week enough weighted workout in my routine? I want to blast the fat and tone/define?

That rotation looks good to me. There are much more knowledgeable sources on rotations thatn I, though! My only concerns are the first week's Thursday KPC and BC and the second week's KPC between ME's. If I were doing a rotation like this, I would probably eliminate BC on the first Thursday. I can not imagine gathering the energy to do KPC and BC in one day. For the second week, I'd eliminate one ME and maybe rearrange things like this:

Mon: ME
Tues: Step Heat
Wed:KPC
Thurs: Interval Step Workout
Fri: ME
Sat: Step Max

These are just my personal opinions. I think I'd be worn out doing so many intense workouts. Your body may work & feel entirely different, so as Cathe says, just a suggestion, take it or leave it.

And by the way- good for you! You sound very motivated!
