I am like you, I hate to cook and hate grocery shopping!! Unfortunately, I have three kids who are all extremely picky eaters!! (wonder where they get it from? Hmm..) Anytime I try to eat healthy with a new recipe that I am willing to try (and that takes a lot), no one wants to eat it so I lose the drive to do more. I try my best with them and myself when I can. I think my biggest problem is portion control. I know what the portions should look like but unfortunately I cannot stop myself from heaping the food on my plate}( }(
I hate it when people say they have lost weight without changing how they eat or cutting back etc., why doesn't that happen to me?x( Oh well, I just keep reminding myself I feel better, I can run up the stairs without being breathless, I can carry more groceries out of the car (muscles!), I can do Cathe workouts without modifying, I can.......:7
