Hi Cathe and educated crowd:
I know you are EXTREMELY busy - totally understandable. But, when you get some time, please incorporate a rotation using both the Intensity Series and the new Body Blast Series. I just love the IS series and will never be able to leave the BB series alone when I get them so I figured if you could put something together that would just be awesome!!!
