IS 10 10 10 JUST FOR CARDIO ,AND UPPER WORKOUT?

You mean, should you do a lower body workout on the same day? You could do, but you don't need to. The CTX cardio smay be short, but they are intense and it is the legs that will power you through it. What is your focus for the day? If it is cardio, then do the CTX workout as set, giving it your all. If it is a lower body workout, then perhaps you could do that first, giving it your all, then do some or all of 10 10 10 afterwards if you still have the energy and leg power for it.

For maximum results in all your workouts, decide your focus and make that the mainstay of each day's workout. Cardio done on the same day as a full lower body workout will take away from the effectiveness of your weight training. But if you are feeling very strong, the cardio can serve as a pre-exhausting exercise to really fatigue each leg and glute muscle to the max.

WHAT I DID WAS THE WHOLE WORKOUT EXCEPT THE WEIGHTS FOR THE UPPERP AT THE END.MY FOCUS WAS REALLY CARDIO AND LOWER WORKOUT.I KNOW I HAD CARDIO DOING 10 10 10 BUT SINCE I WANTED TO GET LOWER IN TO WAS THAT ENOUGH OR SHOULD I ADD MORE LOWER BODY WORK

I wouldn't consider 10 10 10 to be a lower body workout. If cardio and lower body were my main focal points for the day, I would have done something like one of the following:

1) Kick, Punch, Crunch / Legs & Glutes premix
2) Cardio + Lower Body Boot Camp Premix
3) CTX Power Circuit + Body Max leg circuit
4) MIC Hi Low only + Legs & Glutes (I actually did this one today)
