iPod Touch help

I'm hoping someone out there can help me. I have an iPod Touch. This morning I'm on the TM and listening to music, when I was done I shut it off and unplugged my earphones. Now, I'm trying to just listen to the music through the speakers and I can't hear it? When I plug in the earphones I can hear it? What did I push to shut off the speakers? Anyone know?

Just turn up the volume using the buttons on the left hand side. That should do the trick.

I tried that before and it still didn't work, BUT for whatever reason I just turned it on and now it works??? Weird!

I know what you mean! For some reason, mine just decides to use the shuffle option when I am doing a Cardio Coach workout, or I-Tread. All of a sudden I am in the 3rd challenge after doing the warm up...huh?? I never use the shuffle option because I don't have any music on there, just workouts....
