INXS--That was FAST!!

I couldn't believe my ears this morning, I was listening to the radio in my car and INXS 'Pretty Vegas' came on. Wow, about 36 hours after winning the competition the single is released. I think it's awesome that this is J.D.s composition, it sounded very true to the band and I'm thinking that maybe the band will be able to continue making great music. Has anyone else heard the single?

Of course I'm loving the fact that the band is now fronted by a fellow Canuck!;-) :7

That must have been an awesome win! I know he is a canadian and so am I but I was rooting for Mig. J.D was just so sure of himself but he was great singer no doubt.I bet he will do great.Probably one of the best reality shows I have seen,

Holy cow, I can't believe it! I guess they want to keep the momentum going from the show. Yes, I liked Mig and Marty better than JD. But from a business standpoint , I guess J.D. has more charisma and "stage potential" to carry on the enthusiasm after the series. Marnie

I loved Mig and Marty as well. J.D. is a wonderful singer, but I don't know if he's mentally stable enough to deal with what's to come. I would have thought, given the history of the band, that INXS would have avoided him like the plague. However, I have a friend who has loved INXS from their beginning - he walked through the room about a month ago when the show was on and said, ''J.D. is going to win; he sounds the most like their former lead singer.''

Funny I am watching INXS on Ellen while reading this thread. They played Pretty Vegas and were fanatastic.

I am a Marty fan also can not wait to see how he does. Sometimes coming in second is better than first.

JD is a local around here and all day yesterday, the radio stations played INXS.
