Inversion table??

Does anybody have an inversion table? I'm feeling like I "need" one:7

I've been thinking of aging and how we walk around all the time and all of the pressure on the spine.... I don't know alot about any of this but I remember having PT a while back I was on the inversion table and it made my back feel so good.:)

Oh! I used to have one and gave it away after my hip replacement surgery. I did not want to tip upside down and have it dislocate my hip!

But when I used it, let me tell ya, it was a little piece of heaven on earth. It is pretty big though. I have lower back issues, and this really helped with that. I loved it!

We have one, mainly for DH who has back pain - he works construction.
I have also used it, and like it when I use it. The only thing I would tell you to check out is how you hook in, sometimes it hurts my ankle after I've been on it. (I have problem ankles, so that may be why.) Overall, though, I say if you have the cash and the room, why not?

Thanks everybody!:D I was on Amazon, didn't look at the details of the tables, but the prices were anywhere from $130 - to as high you want to go!

I appreciate all your help!

It may be a month or so, but I believe I'll try it!:7
