Please go to http://shop.cathe.com/ and click on the “My Account” link located in the top right corner and enter your email address and your default password - cathe123 Next please change your password. (you password must be 8 characters and contain both letters and numbers. Password is case sensitive). If you can’t login with your password you will need to sign up as a new account. We were not able to transfer about 30 percent of our database because of missing required information such as an email address.
About “My Account”
This part of our web will now allow you to update your database record online. You will also be able to review previous orders (This will only work for orders placed from today on), edit any reviews you have posted, change your email address and credit card information and even print invoices

For the first time we now offer two ways for you to send your friends and family Cathe Gift Certificates.
E–Gift Certificates – The fastest and best way for you to send a Cathe Gift Certificate is to purchase an e-gift certificate. Your certificate and gift message will be emailed to the person’s email address you selected, usually no later than within 1 day. If you need faster service just email us at [email protected] and we will expedite your order.
Printed Gift Certificates – We also offer printed gift certificates, but these can take up to 7 business days or longer to be delivered. If time is of the essence, please always use our e-gift certificates.
Video Reviews
There is no better way for a customer to learn about a product than from honest reviews written by fellow customers. We hope that you will write a review and post it in our e-commerce site. To post a review just just go to our new e-commerce site and click on either the DVD, Video, High Step or Cathe Gear category and then click on the “more info” link. You will then see the following words “Share your knowledge of this product with other customers... Be the first to write a review.” Located toward the bottom of the page. Click on the link, fill out the requested info and post your review!
Affiliate Program
Our unique affiliate program allows you to generate a solid income, with little work by you. We have developed the tools you need to be successful. You will receive your own unique URL which will automatically track all sales you generate. We even provide you with banner ads and text links that you can just choose, copy & paste! (were still working on the banners and will post them shortly) Be on your way to success today, signup now!
New Shipping Prices
We have now changed the way we charge for shipping. Our shipping rates for USA are based on UPS actual rates + $1. We offer free shipping on many items. Simply look for the green and blue truck logo to enjoy free shipping on selected items throughout the store. If the items in your order which qualify for 'Free Shipping' total $99 or more, those items ship FREE! (USA customers only). Currently, the only shipping charges you will pay if your Video/DVD order exceeds $99 would be for High Steps and some Cathe Gear items.

Our new cart makes finding a video or DVD much easier. At the top of each product page you will see a drop down selection box that will allow you to sort by:
1) Price – from high to low
2) Price – from low to high
3) Newest
4) Oldest
5) By Title
6) Popularity (this will not be updated until first week in November)

We are still using our old shopping cart and shipping rates for presale orders at this time..
