hey there. I'm new to this forum but not to Cathes workouts. I actually lost 65lbs using sparkspeople.com and Leslie Sansones workouts. I even was honored to be a cast member in her newest workout video.
I've been maintaining the loss for about 18 months and was looking for workouts that are more intense and to build muscle and a friend turned me onto Cathe.
I got a barbell for my 41st birthday and hand weights and I've been lifting and working with Cathe the last year. I have muscle definition that is unbelievable and I owe it all to Cathe. My favorite workouts are Core Max, Muscle Max and Kick Max though I also enjoy push pull, power hour and others.
Anyway, thought I'd say hi. I love Cathes energy and the workouts rock so I figured I'd look around the forums
