P PamelaP Cathlete Nov 6, 2000 #2 What about Step & Intervals? I just got the DVD a few days ago, but the intervals section of this workout would definitely count as an interval workout in my book. http://www.geocities.com/pamela_vf/danishflag.gif http://www.geocities.com/pamela_vf/name5.gif http://www.geocities.com/pamela_vf/devils.gif 142 pounds gone...and counting!
