But I would love it! A Hi/Lo Imax or a Kickbox Imax or a 10/10/10 Imax would rule! That would be cruel. A hurt so good kind of thing. But hey, it isn't called SNM videos for nothin'!

I'm with you too, every time I do Imax all I can think of is, "I wish there was another one to rotate it with!" Good interval videos are just NOT out there, I've looked!
Count both my hands up for an Imax 2! :)

. . . great minds think alike - right after I posted this I was "designing" I-Max 2 in my head, and a 10-10-10 format popped up - a great hi/lo, kickbox and step fusion . . .

Suggested intervals:

vertical jumps
plyo jacks
power scissors
plyo heel digs
airborne jacks
high-knee runs
fast jacks with monkey arms
power jump-kicks (from the Cardio Kicks drill section)
power hops with ice-breaker arms
jumps onto step, side-to-side slalom jumps

PERFECT! That's ten intervals right there!

I just got I-Max 2 weeks ago and have already done it 4 times!!! Don't worry, I modified! I am all for I-MAX II!

You are all just too funny. I guess next we will need t-shirts to go with the video saying "I survived Imax 2". Just kidding hee hee, I know right now I can't take on another project :-wow!
