Interesting Article on Health Clubs

OMG Shannon, great point as well!! I can't even tell you how many times people come to either class or one on one and right away they tell me they can't do squats or lunges because of this knee problem, yada yada. Or, they can't do shoulders because of neck pain. I always show them the correct form and give constant reminders about it, and lo and behold suddenly they can do them! AND, they don't hurt. And eventually, for those who do stick with it, they realize that when they use correct form they actually have less pain in the long run because of the strength gains. Interesting, no?? But boy, people do quit doing things because of doing them incorrectly and then give up... no doubt about it.
