Cathe, I just did Intensity this morning and let me tell you, you certainly named it right. I went to the calendar to post my workout and I was shocked that the MET value was only 7.0. Thsi was much more intense than Imax 2 or 3 for me which are at an 8. Is the MET value a standard or might it be different for differnet people? How do you calculate it for your workouts?
I can wait to do the other 3 new workouts, but will wait until I complete the STS; currenlty in week 3, cycle 3. Persoanlly, I also think the plyo legs woul;d have a higher MET value that the upper body; its the only STS that I end up soaked!!
