Hi Cathe! Just a question for you regarding which Series you would recommend for me next. I am just finishing a rotation of CTX and Slow & Heavy. This is actually my second 4 week rotation that includes S&H because it took me a while to figure out what weights worked best for me. My first instinct was to go heavy and I found that switching to lighter weights made a huge difference with me being able to isolate and concentrate on the muscles I'm working. I have a rotation in que for BodyBlast but I've been doing those workouts for a while and would like to try the Intensity Series or Hardcore. I decided to tape IMAX 2 on FitTV just to try it on for size and man, all I can say is I'm glad I left in the commercials. I was grunting and groaning so much that my husband came downstairs to make sure I was okay! I told him that you were the devil, but it was all in LOVE!

Just a comment for you: I was doing Rythmic Step this past weekend and my daughter said, "Mom, how can you possibly be smiling when you are working so hard!". I didn't even realize I was smiling while I was doing it. That's how much I LOVE your workouts!!!!
