Sat: Pyramid Lower Body with the first 5 intervals of IMAX 2
Sun: Pyramid Upper Body


Advanced Total Body Conditioning with more focus on Muscular Endurance

Mon: Imax 2
Tues: Cardio and Weights

Friday: Circuit Max
Sat: A lower intensity cardio of your choice
Sun: Muscle Endurance
 
Sabine, that looks like a great work out. I will book mark this, thanks. I just started an 8 week ctx rotation this Monday, so far so good, The workouts are a llittle under an hour but intense, I love the ctx tapes.

I also want to try one with body blast dvd's and add a couple strength videos in like MIS, and the Pyramids.
