Hi Cathe I want to start a new rotation that uses all of your latest workouts. I was thinking about this and was hoping to get some feedback (I'm looking to lose 10 pounds and firm up). Thanks!

Tue - Rest
Wed - Weights
Thu - Cardio
Fri - Cardio/Weights
Sat - Cardio
Sun - Weights
I was thinking about trying this:
Mon - Time Saver Step (Cardio + Weights DVD)
Tue - Rest
Wed - Pyramid Total Body (Bonus Workout on DVD)
Thu - Interval Training (Treadmill)
Fri - Boot Camp
Sat - Imax 2
Sun - Muscle Endurance
Also, how long would you suggest sticking with this type of rotation? TIA for any comments/suggestions --Chris
