Intensity Series: Endurance Focus

Day 1: Imax 2
Day 2: Cardio and Weights
Day 3: Muscle Endurance
Day 4: off
Day 5: Circuit Max
Day 6: A lower intensity cardio of your choice
Day 7: Muscle Endurance

I like to change the order of this to:

Day 1: Circuit Max or BodyMax
Day 2: A lower intensity cardio of your choice (Kickboxing)
Day 3: Muscle Endurance
Day 4: Imax 2 or Imax 1
Day 5: Cardio and Weights
Day 6: Muscle Endurance or MIS
Day 7: off

As you can see, it's pretty close, but I've used BodyMax for years and it is by far my favorite Cathe tape of all time. I can't go more than 2 weeks without doing it.
