Intensifying Cardio Kicks

I have the little weighted hand wraps from Janis Saffell that are one pound each. I used them yesterday for Cardio Kicks and it was terrific! Expecially for the arm drills. I would highly recommend purchasing these. I got mine at a fitness conference from Janis herself but I think you could get them on her website. Run a search on her because I am not sure what it is exactly. I also was jumping rope in between the high impact kicks which was incredibly intense. It really brought my heart rate up. Just a few ideas to get even more out of this video.

I totally agree with Cyndie! Just keep in mind, however, that you can also just use 1-pound dumbbells (one in each hand)...I always use them, especially during the drills at the end...and yes, you will really feel it the next day in your upper body!!!
