Do you have BodyMax yet? Very intense with a full body workout, the step is a lot of fun. Also, I love Mindy Mylrea's Slamming Sports Cardio (CIA 2K02). It's a mix of step, agility intervals, "football" intervals, kickbox/step, and regular step intervals. Very intense, this is the ONLY video where I'm in my target heart rate (at varying degrees) from 1 minute into the warmup right up to the end of the cardio (a strength section follows, I usually skip it). Intense Moves by Gin Miller is another good intense interval tape. And if you like dancy and maybe just a tiny little bit less athletic-try Christi Taylor's Step Heaven (she also has HiLo Heaven which I love even more), it'll keep your heartrate up while you're turning, squatting, and jumping. Also don't forget Cathe's brand new ones-CircuitMax, CardioKicks (which I'm gonna do in a second), and her CTX series-the cardio in all of these is intense but fun!
